Services
Local CityLink provides web design, development, and maintenance services for small businesses and local clients. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.
Payment & Billing

• Pricing for services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a formal agreement or invoice.

• A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and relevant materials required for the project in a timely manner.

• Local CityLink is not responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required assets or approvals.

Revisions & Changes

• A set number of revisions may be included in the project scope; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Major changes to the project scope after approval may require a new agreement and additional fees.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients will own the final website design and content.

• Local CityLink reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins) used in the project are subject to their respective licensing agreements.

Website Hosting & Maintenance

• Local CityLink may offer website hosting and maintenance services, which will be subject to a separate agreement.

• We are not responsible for third-party hosting failures, security breaches, or service downtime.

Limitation of Liability

• Local CityLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings or website traffic.

Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be due.

• Local CityLink reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect client privacy and will not share confidential information without permission.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their website complies with relevant privacy laws and regulations.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Local CityLink reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
